AWARDS & PUBLICATIONS

SPF:a received a few awards this past quarter, including the AIA Los Angeles Presidential Award for leading the building team on the Getty Villa Museum renovation, and the Westside prize for the same project. MODAA received the Southern California Development Forum award for Community Enrichment. Residential Architect Magazine gave the Brosmith Residence its Grand Award, and Interior Design Magazine put the new MODAA building, SPF:a’s self-designed mixed use headquarters on the front cover of the July issue. Many of our projects enjoyed proverbial trips around the world this year, appearing in architectural publications as far as Dubai, Thailand, Korea, and Israel.
