BENTLEY 7 IS BENT-LEED

Another LEED-driven project, the Bentley 7 condominium project, commissioned by James and Johnny Goetz reveals the stunningly beautiful potential of sustainable design. Photovoltaic panels provide intermittent shade along the southern exposure of this seven-unit condominium project, then wrap over the top of the building to further provide comfortable shade to picnic tables and barbecues on the community’s roof deck. SPF:a used a staggered unit fl oor-series of 18 steel-framed cubes, the Kimridge residence sites plan made to give the building clearance on one side for the roof deck above, and half-below grade parking on the other side of the building down below. A host of other sustainability features make Bentley 7 one of our top candidates for LEED certifi cation.
