SPF:a is also designing a 19-Unit condominium project for EJM Development in Brentwood. The building is 4 stories, approximately 52,000-square feet, made up of units between 1,700-1,900 SF each. One third of the building is reserved for single-story flats, and the other two thirds contain stacked two-story townhouses. The building also contains a community recreation room for residents. The striking pattern on the building façade is achieved by alternating the unit layouts and entry patterns, hence alternating balcony placement floor-over-floor. Environmentally friendly Parklex material skins the horizontal balcony facings, juxtaposed against multi-colored Eco-Cem concrete panels placed vertically between units. The interiors will also feature a palette of sustainable materials.
